At first glance, this could be a premium trucker jacket straight out of the Levi’s stable or from Japanese maker Beams. But this isn’t a premium brand, nor is it for men – this is a suede western jacket at Topshop.
There are a few obvious differences when you look closely. The lack of a logo for one. But also the zip above the cuffs and the slightly larger, more ‘70s collar.
Outside of that, this could pass as a vintage suede jacket with its button front, front flap pockets and clean lines. If you are after a late ‘60s or 1970s look, it could be just the thing.
