Another distinctive design to add to the list of Stig Lindberg re-issues is the Prunus dinnerware.
This design comes slightly later than many of his other re-issued ranges: it was originally manufactured between 1962 and 1974. However, its fruity pattern still looks fresh and is perfect for Spring. The range is still manufactured by Gustavsbergs Porslinsfabrik in Sweden.
Wow, I have two cups and saucers of this set, I bought them at the fifties fair in Sydney… Can’t believe they would be worth this much…
