A very distinctive piece of 1970s design from Japan – the Yamagiwa K-Series table lamp.
Designed back in 1970 by Shiro Kuramata, the lamp is intended to look like 'soft, white cloth', although that shape is actually made of acrylic and indeed handmade, so each piece is individual.
Three sizes available, with prices starting at £435.
