First introduced back in 1971, the Omstak chair (also known as the Omstack or OMK) is back on the high street today, courtesy of Habitat.
It’s the work of British designer Rodney Kinsman, who had the idea of producing a functional chair with a bit of character – which this light/stackable chair certainly offers. The chair itself has a tubular frame with perforated metal sheeting for the seat and back and if black isn’t your thing, you’ll be pleased to know that the new range comes in a much bolder red and white.
A timeless occasional or dining chair, you can pick them up for £139 each.
