Ever heard of a Span House? I’m guessing you might not know much about the concept unless you live in one or live near one. But there is a chance to get up-close with one with a property at Cedar Chase in Taplow, Berkshire on the market.
Essentially, a Span House is a house made by Span, designed by Eric Lyons between 1948 and 1969, with the idea of creating a new type of housing – aimed at communities with shared gardens and landscaping (forcing people to interact), as well as a modern, open design.
