Is it ok to talk about the garden yet? Well, summer time is officially here, so we might was well flag up the Coco outdoor chairs at Swoon Editions in the hope that the sun shines at some point.
Two chairs for your money, with the pair described as a ‘reinterpretation of the mid-century Acapulco-style chair’ and certainly worth a look if you want to extend the mid-20th century look into your outdoor spaces or (if you have one) sun room.
Each chair is made by hand using ‘Ecolene’, which is apparently a synthetic wicker that doesn’t splinter and can hold its own against mildew, mould and extreme temperatures. All of that goes on a lightweight aluminium frame with wrought iron legs and finished with a DuPont powder coating finish, specifically the cherise you see in the pictures.
The design is limited to 15 pairs, selling for £329.
