Sometimes it is nice to feature something that is more wish list than everyday purchase, and I really like this full printed skirt by Chloe from Browns. It has a funky retro print which meant that I had to feature it.
At £695 it is not an impulse purchase, and may be out the price range of most of us, but it is good to see what some of the designer ranges are doing, as you can then source a cheaper version from the high street.
This skirt has swirling print in orange and brown on a cream background. Orange and brown seems to be a popular colour choice for many of the spring collections, and is very 70s. Maybe I’ve been watching too many episodes of Life on Mars, but it is starting to look good to me.
The hemline on this skirt is just above the knee, again more of a 70s cut, and has pockets on either side of the hips. It is 100% silk which may go some way to explaining the price, if the designer name is not enough to tempt you.
