We do a love bit of interesting typography. Especially when it produces something like the Festival Of Britain-inspired Heritage Alphabet mugs at Heal’s.
Interesting because this is typography with a story. The Heritage Alphabet mugs use lettering inspired by Heal’s original Festival of Britain poster from 1951, hence the ‘Heritage’ part.
Those letters (take your pick from several letters of the alphabet) are printed onto bone china mugs in a variety of colours. Great as an individual mug, but even better in an arrangement.
Saying that, the price will soon mount up if you buy too many, with each retailing for £12.
