Lovely car and as this is a fully restored 1966 MG MGB Roadster on eBay, a step up from many you see for sale.
Two other huge plus points too. Firstly, the British Racing Green colour scheme and secondly, this is up in a genuine auction on eBay rather than a classified or ‘Buy it Now’. Always nice to see.
According to the seller, the car had a full restoration back in 1999, with less than 2000 miles covered since. That seller also adds that the car has ‘always been dry stored’ and ‘well looked after’.
£8,000 worth of work was done in 1999, including a full repaint, rebuilt wheels, rebuilt engine, an unleaded petrol conversion, re-trim in black leather with green piping, rewiring and much more.
The car is now out of storage, with further work done to get the car through an MOT. See the listing for details of that. The body of the car is ‘in excellent condition’, but with ‘some very minor dents and chips’ from storage. Those are described as ‘nothing at all serious’.
