Another cracker for the John Lewis 150th anniversary, this Lloyd Loom Chair will fit effortlessly into a midcentury-inspired setting.
This particular Lloyd Loom is the result of a collaboration with designer Chris Eckersley and is made from solid English Ash, with a padded seat, a woven back that's woven around a solid beech frame finished in that distinctive colour by a water-based spray paint.
Handmade by craftsmen in the UK, it sells for £750. Not cheap, but quality like this never is. However, if you do want cheaper, it's always worth checking out the vintage Lloyd Loom chairs on eBay.
