Yes, according to the seller, this left-hand drive model was formerly a French Government diplomatic car, but has been in the UK since 1990 and is fully road legal and MOTd for this part of Europe. It’s also an interesting car because the design was changed in 1967 and as such, this style is a more sought after one.
But there is another reason why this will be sought after. Its condition.
The interior is described as being in ‘exquisite and stunning’ condition, with the cloth seats, instruments, door cards, carpets and headlining all described as ‘excellent’. That’s probably down to a restoration by a Citroen specialist, who found a ‘hidden panel’ inside when carrying out the work. Very James Bond.
