Who doesn’t love The Beano? I do and so do my kids for that matter. So these pop art-style Beano prints by Art & Hue should have universal appeal.
We have featured Art & Hue previously, most recently with their Wicker Man collection. In fact, TV and films is the subject matter most commonly associated with them, so taking on The Beano is something of a departure.
The range is part of the 80th birthday celebrations of the evergreen comic and is an official collaboration with Beano publishers DC Thomson. All your favourites are here, including Dennis with his faithful dog Gnasher, the Bash Street Kids, Minnie the Minx, Lord Snooty, Roger the Dodger and Biffo the Bear, but with a pop art twist.
Take your pick from three size and 18 colour variation, as well as the full alphabet of letters. You can even get them personalised with a name or place if you want to give as a gift.
All the pop art prints are printed on museum-quality archival card of 310gsm, made from 100% cotton, using fine art pigment inks which apparently last ‘hundreds of years’.
Prices vary depending on what you go for, but start at a modest £15.
