You don’t have to be an England supporter to appreciate this New Order World In Motion World Cup print by Indieprints. But it might help.
I do like the work of Indieprints and I have featured them before with another New Order-inspired work and one relating to a Belle and Sebastian lyric. But there are many more to choose from in the range, with this one being very topical right now.
Well, kind of. It’s actually topical to (arguably) the best football song ever, one that was written for the England World Cup squad of 1990 and is still on heavy rotation during this World Cup, despite being almost 30 years old.
This is an original (but unofficial) print using the lyric, the vintage World Cup logo and a loved up football, all coming together to produce a rather eye-catching retro print that will look good long after the last ball ball has been kicked in the World Cup.
Not that it matters if it doesn’t. This A3 print on 200gsm art paper is available for just £10.
