Madame Chalet is the working name of Genevieve Closuit, a London based but Swiss born designer, and her designs are inspired by the kitsch vintage culture of Switzerland, as evident in this wallpaper panel.
It shows a snowy alpine scene complete with chalets and cable car, and has been aged to give it a deliberately retro feel. A similar design has also been used on this kid's height chart.
A panel measures 84cm x 3 metres tall and is priced at £95.
