Anything that has the look of a midcentury Scandinavian piece is popular right now, so John Lewis has certainly got a winner here. In fact, other similar designs like the Oslo pendant light and the Oslo floor lamp have been really popular in the past on this site.
Take your pick from two different finishes here, a white if you wasn’t to go minimal or the ‘coffee gold’ if you want your light to get a little more attention. the design of both is identical.
That’s a metal lamp with a three-tiered shade, plus some ‘subtle’ ribbed detailing on the middle layer. Lovely chrome stem too, as well as a curved base that adds a little symmetry to the design.
All of which appeals, but so does the price. This part of the more affordable House by John Lewis range and as such, it doesn’t do too much damage to your bank balance.
