It has the 'look' of a Guzzini lamp, but it certainly isn't one. This is a Herda table lamp, available for next to nothing right now.
I don't know the company, but would guess this was high street buy 'back i the day'. Then again, Guzzini made for the British high street in the 1970s, so no shame there. It has a mechanism for two levels of brightness, as well as a chrome frame and I presume, a plastic shade in that distinctive orange.
Condition is described as 'excellent', with nice shiny chrome without rust'. Just one pence is the price right now. Lots more images on the listing.
