You don’t have to love photography to love the vintage camera cushions from In the Seam. But it helps if you do.
There are plenty to choose from too. But all have something in common. All are handmade by a maker that has been producing these for quite some time. Also, all are printed on cotton sateen, hand-stuffed and sewn onto a black cotton twill to create something that the maker calls ‘couch art’.
Practical art too. At the end of the day, these look good, but they are also there, should you wish to rest your head or need a little support on the sofa.
Of course, there are the images too Each one is based on an original photograph by In The Seam’s shop owner, Ronda J. Smith. Eye-catching, cool and perfect for anyone with a passion for vintage cameras or photography in general. Or someone who wants something a little different or quirky for the living room.
See the website for the full range, which is pretty extensive and for the sizes and prices. But as a rough guide, they sell for just over £50 each.
