Hidden amongst the selection of limited edition clothing on the Fred Perry site is this rather stylish school-style leather satchel.

 Not a million miles from the vintage school bags, this one obviously offers a more premium finish, with two front clasp buckles with branded rivets, a tartan lining with embossed laurel, a front slip pocket, an inside zip pocket and of course, that premium leather construction.

Jane Foster's bright and colourful designs never fail to inspire with their bright colours and retro look. These canvas bags highlight her skills and the 1950s and 60s Scandinavian designs that influence her work. They feature either red or green apples against a yellow background, each filled with a pattern.

In 1928, the Flying Scotsman first ran non-stop between London and Edinburgh, so we can only presume that it was for the 80th anniversary of this event that this Flying Scotsman Washbag was released.

The exterior of the bag is adorned with vintage advertisements for the steam train, whilst the interior is practical with pockets for organising your toiletries.

Fan of vintage bags are having a good week. As well as the
