1970s Adidas Rod Laver trainers reissued

Laver

Not the most regular reissue on the Adidas roster, the Adidas Rod Laver trainers have been reissued just in time for Wimbledon.

From that (and the name), you'll have gathered that this was a tennis shoe when it landed in 1970, returning here in an appropriate white with green, as well as with a mesh upper, suede toe box, contrasting vulcanised sole and classic branding.

Limited edition, £55 is the price.

1970s Adidas Dragon trainers reissued in white

Dragon

A more back to basics reissue than the Size? exclusive that appeared back in January, this version of the Adidas Dragon trainers keeps things nice and simple in white.

A lightweight running shoe from the 1970s, the Dragon is always popular because it keeps everything similar, especially with a white upper, matched up with blue and red detailing, plus the gold Dragon branding.

Side and nylon mix for the upper, with an eco-friendly lining and contrasting EVA wedge midsole. Grab a pair directly from Adidas, £52 is the price.

Two suede reissues of the Adidas Spezial trainers

Spez2

A 1970s classic is back on the market in two colours of suede – the Adidas Spezial trainers.

Originally created for that niche sport of handball back in 1979, it was soon picked up for the terraces and has been a pretty popular choice ever since. This reissue has a suede upper, matched with a perforated gum sole for extra cushioning, finished off with gold branding and 'oval' laces.

Take your pick from the navy and Argentina blue above or a blue and white pictured over the page. Both retail for £55.

1980s Adidas ZX380 trainers reissued

Adidas_zx

1980s-style running shoes anyone? If that's a 'yes', then you are in look, Adidas has just reissued the ZX380 trainers from that very decade.

As you'd expect, it's a lightweight mix of mesh and suede for the uppers, a mix of white, off white and turquoise for the colour scheme, the latter for the stripes and branding. There's also a bio-mechanical sole, if you fancy doing a spot of jogging, too.

Limited numbers, with a price of £55.
