As for the plus, well this is a new van from the VW factory in Brazil, with a fuel injected, water-cooled modern engine, complete with electronic ignition and a catalytic converter exhaust system, along with front servo assisted disc brakes and rear drum brakes, as well as the option to run on either bio fuel or unleaded petrol.

Not just an old Beetle, this is a 1970s Herbie-styled Volkswagen Beetle.
Specifically, this is a 1973 VW Beetle with a 1.3 engine, complete with the paint job inspired by the classic Herbie movies, which of course kicked off with the 1968 Love Bug movie.
According to the seller, the car has done 73,000 miles and has been taxed and tested. It's also described as a 'good runner and driver'. The price is £2,500, with lots of images on the sales page.

James Bond drive a Lotus Esprit in The Spy Who Loved Me, which you may remember, turned into a submarine. This 1978 Lotus Esprit S2 doesn't do that…at least, not as far as we know.
But it does have one special feature – the power to turn heads. This is 1970s excess on four wheels, the kind of car no one in their right mind would build in 2011. But it was around in the mid-70s, with this example in silver with a red leather interior, fully working, with new bumpers, a new battery and a stainless steel exhaust.
