Biba cards from Our Shop
Re-purposing old playing cards into greeting cards is quite a common trick but these Biba cards from Our Shop are just too nice to be passed over.
Each card uses a Biba playing card that's been mounted onto brown kraft card as its focal point. Though the playing cards date to the 1960s, they've definitely got more of a 50s pin-up look. For obvious reasons, there's just one of each design with a wide range of attractive girls to pick from.
The cards cost £5.10 each.

Alexander Girard Christmas cards at Lagom
Send your festive wishes mid-century style this year, with the Alexander Girard Christmas cards available from Lagom.
The cards add to their existing range of greeting cards based on Girard's colourful designs. Girard apparently amassed nativities for the International Museum of Folk Art in Santa Fe (in term inspiring the recently issued nativity set) so it's no surprise these influenced his work. Shown above is a card based on a 1962 Nativity Angel. You can also pick from a card featuring a Nativity dating from 1968 or Flying Angels from 1971.
Individual cards cost £1.80 each, or you can get a set of the angels in three different colours for £3.40.
