Vintage Scoops ice cream van for hire

Vintage scoops
Though it's definitely not ice cream weather at the moment, if you are thinking about having a summer event, you may well want to hire Vintage Scoops for the occasion.

Like Everyday is like Sundae that we featured a couple of years ago, Vintage Scoops offers the hire of a traditional ice cream van. In this case, the van in question is Betty – a 1973 CF van that's been given a bit of a pretty face lift. The owner, Hayley, dressed in her finest fifties frock can serve your guests Beechdean farmhouse diary ice cream, as well as soft drinks from glass bottles and traditional sweets.

Vintage Scoops is based near Milton Keynes and is available to hire within a 30 mile radius. More details and contact details for pricing can all be found on the Vintage Scoops website

The Vintage Table

Product17Having a lot of people around for afternoon tea? Let The Vintage Table lighten the load.

The Vintage Table supplies crockery for hire for events around London, the twist being – as you might expect from the name – that the crockery is all vintage. It ranges in date from the 1920s through to the '60s and includes such charming gems as the coffee pot pictured which is from the 1930s.  The service grew out of the personal ceramics collection of the owner Claire and has no doubt been helped along by her antique dealer father.

The company offers the hire, set-up and styling and even washing-up, if desired. To give you an idea of price, hire of crockery for afternoon tea for 50 people costs £240.
