Capiz mobile from Habitat
Add a colourful retro touch to a room with this Capiz mobile from Habitat.
The mobile is made from hanging shells, and is similar in looks to Verner Panton's fun lamp which was designed in 1964. While that lamp relies on the neutral shade of the shell to add to its glow, this one is multi-coloured to give it more of a tropical look. No doubt the distinctive tinkling sound of the shells will also be present in the mobile.
The mobile is currently reduced to £22.50.

Robot alarm clock from Habitat
This robot alarm clock from Habitat is a great piece of fun retro design for your kids – or just yourself.
The robot stands at just over 11cm high and is made from plastic. As well as looking good, he's got the added bonus of a clock in his stomach – and an alarm to go with it. This blue hatted robot is our favourite but Habitat is also stocking a slightly crazed looking pink robot alarm clock too.
They're both currently reduced in price to £8.

eBay watch: 1970s Crayonne Moon table lamp for Habitat
We have featured one of these in the past, but if you missed out on that 1970s Crayonne Moon table lamp for Habitat, there's another one there now with a low starting price.
As we mentioned before, Crayonne was a Habitat brand in the 1970s, with this lamp being sold in the early to mid-70s in the design store. I stands just over 21cm tall, with the lamp a mix of yellow plastic and chrome.
According to seller, the yellow plastic is 'crazed', but is listed as a design fault rather than more recent damage. It's also been checked and a new plug added. Right now, it's at £4.99.
