Limited edition Alphabet print by Sean Sims

Alphabet

There is probably no cooler way of teaching our children the basics of reading than by using this limited edition Alphabet print by Sean Sims.

A bright and bold A2 print, reminiscent of something out of the early 70s, it offers up a different mini design (and word) for each letter of the alphabet, all on a limited edition print that's also signed by the artist.

Whether you want it for your own kids or the big kid that's yourself, it's a winner. Yours for £40 and limited to just 250.

Barbour 75th Anniversary International Jacket

Barbour75

Not so much a fashion item as a collector's piece – the Barbour 75th Anniversary International Jacket.

To celebrate 75 years of the International jacket, Barbour are producing 75 special limited edition jackets based on the original design, which was created for the 1936 International Six Day Trials – that's how it got the name. Worn by competitive motorcyclists through to the 1970s and of course, famously by Steve McQueen, it's a jacket with a serious heritage, so this limited version in 'box-fresh' or 'distressed' finish is certainly going to be sought after.

Look out for it from December 1st 2010 at Barbour’s Heritage stores, Liberty and independents across the UK – End Clothing has already confirmed it will have stock on that day.

New limited edition Shag print: Two Hours Past Bedtime

Probably cooler and less risque thna you might have been expecting, the original Two Hours Past Bedtime by Shag was originally part of the Playboy Redux: Contemporary Artists Interpret the Iconic Playboy Bunny exhibition earlier this year. If you likr it, you can now secure yourself a limited edition print of it.

It is pretty much what the above paragraph says, a tribute to the Playboy bunny by Shag (aka Josh Agle), which was originally exhibited at the Andy Warhol Museum. The print here is limited to 150 units (although only a limited number are available via Shag's site), an 18-colour serigraph of a party scene that's sized at 20.5 x 40 inches.

Signed and numbered as you would expect, you can pick one up online for $495. But be quick – these prints tend to sell through quickly.

eBay watch: Limited edition Paul Smith-designed Mini

Ps_mini

I'll be honest, this is probably the most modern eBay find we've ever done. But it is a classic / original Mini and not just any older Mini – it's a limited edition Paul Smith-designed Mini.

Yes, Mary Quant wasn't the only fashion designer to get her hands on the Mini, Paul Smith did so too in 1999, with 300 of his themed Minis offered for sale. How many are left? That's anyone's guess – but almost certainly less.

For your money, you get a standard (for the time) 1275cc Mini, but packed with extras, including a 24ct gold badge on the bonnet, a British Isles badge on the grill, citrus green 'hidden parts', a denim jack bag, body coloured dashboard, black leather seats and plenty of Paul Smith branding. Condition seems fine, with the odd mark here and there, but at £1,500, it seems a reasonable price.

Roy Lichtenstein-inspired POW(ER) limited edition print by Obey

Power

Classic pop art gets a contemporary twist with the Roy Lichtenstein-inspired POW(ER) limited edition print by Obey.

Obey is, of course, the brand of Shepard Fairey and is his homage to influential pop artist Roy Lichtenstein, who, in his time, used and re-painted existing comic frames to give them new meaning. Fairey has done something similar with a classic Lichtenstein image, throwing in a reference to modern-day street art for good measure.

The final work is an 18 x 24-inch screenprint, signed and numbered in a run of 450 and certain to be a valuable piece o years to come. But right now you can pick it up for $45. It goes on sale 'at a random time' on the site today.
