Only last week we showed you the Nelson print by Blue Ant Studio, a print inspired by George Nelson's Spike clock. Now we've spotted this high-street take on the classic design, the Spike sticker clock from Next.
Aside from the name, they've clearly taken influence from the radiating spokes of the classic design. However, here the colourful spokes are made of plastic and are self-adhesive so they can be fixed where ever you'd like.

You'd be forgiven for thinking this room set photograph included the Panton chair. In fact, it's an image from Next's new Autumn/Winter collection, featuring their Panton lookalike, the curve chair.
It's got the same curves and plastic appeal as that iconic piece of 60s design. However, while the Panton chair is available from Vitra in a variety of colours, Next's version is only available in white.
The main noticeable difference between the two is the price. While you can get an official Panton chair for about £150, a pair of the curve chairs costs £125.

This telephone from Next is an update of a classic design. Based on the familiar 1960s BT phone, it's been remade in the colours of red, with a white dial detail and a red trim. It's not just the colour scheme that's been given a make-over either: it's actually a push button phone. Still they've retained some more familiar details, keeping the bell ring of the phone.
Next are also selling the same model in a black, red and cream colour combination. Both phones sell for £25.
