The destination lists for trains, trams and buses are a surprisingly common source of inspiration for homewares, cropping up on cushions, blinds and, of course, art. You've now got the opportunity to create your own dream journey thanks to this Personalised destination print by Betsy Benn. 

Executed in a similar style to her London weekend print using the traditional typography used for transport, the difference here is that you get to pick up to 14 lines for inclusion. These could be cities that you've visited or places that you've lived but you could also move away from the travel theme to include things such as your family's names – the world is your oyster really.

Dupenny have teased us before with their designs based on Burlesque stars and 1950s housewives and Burlesque. Now the roaring twenties get their turn in this new design – 1920s glamour wallpaper. 

The design captures the decadence you'd associate with that period, with a range of beautiful ladies in varying states of undress, each illustrated in their own decorative frame. The design is crammed full of the cheeky charm that you'd associate with Dupenny's products. 

Like the ladies pictured, however, it doesn't come cheap. A panel of the wallpaper measures 52cm by 3m and costs £75.

Treasury cushions and prints

Treasury cushion

Treasury specialise in attractive cushions and prints that feature some of your favourite twentieth-century design icons.

The designs are the work of Lucia Golding and the image above showing the Hans Wegner Wishbone chair on the cushion is typical of her style: silhouettes of the objects are hand screen-printed against subtle shades of greens or blue. 

The cushions cost £34 while the prints are about £30-35.

Alison Milner’s Formica coffee table

Alison Milner table

Alison Milner's coffee table draws inspiration from the 1950s and 1960s, deliberately selecting Formica as a material because of its association with that period. 

The design on the surface of the table top was designed by Alison and was custom printed by Formica. Its pattern based on the silhouettes of seaweed and flowers also looks looks very Fifties, reinforced by the retro shape of the table top and its tapered legs. 

This table costs £210 and is also available in a dot pattern.
