Adidas Gazelle OG trainers get three suede reissues for summer

Gaz1

Yes, we know it's a regular on the reissue circuit, but the Adidas Gazelle OG trainers are certainly one of the more popular Adidas styles. So these three suede reissues for summer are certain to go down well.

This is the 'classic' shape of the late 60s shoe, with a choice of blue (above), green and purple for the suede (see images of the other two colour options over the page), with zig zag leather stripes, leather detailing and a gum sole.

All three pairs are available to buy online now, £65 is the price of a pair.

Adidas Marathon 80 trainers get a light blue reissue

Mara1

Probably not the best shoes for running a marathon in these days, but the Adidas Marathon 80 trainers are still a handsome Adidas reissue, this time in a light blue colourway.

This lightweight running shoe, first seen back on 1980, opts for that slightly more unusual shade of light blue for the suede and mesh upper, dark blue being added for the stripes and heel piece and black used for the sole.

A good all-rounder with plenty of comfort, it's available for the price of £59.99. See another shot over the page.

Antelope Chair by Ernest Race – the Festival of Britain chair reissued

Ant

It might look fairly unassuming, but this is a British midcentury classic, the Antelope Chair by Ernest Race.

Back on the market 60 years after its first introduction, the Antelope Chair originally appeared on the terrace of the new Royal Festival Hall at the 1951 Festival of Britain and was said to be a compromise between English tradition and Scandinavian innovation.

The chair is made of welded steel rods, with wood used for the seating. Simple it is in construction, but that's not actually reflected in the price. One will set you back £505.
