eBay watch: 1970s Bang & Olufsen Beolit 707 radio

Bang

No matter what era you go for, you'll always get a slightly futuristic feel from any Bang & Olufsen design throughout the years, including this Bang & Olufsen Beolit 707 radio.

This particular transistor radio was made in Denmark between 1976 – 1981, but you would never guess that. Ok, it's not got a digital display like a modern radio, but everything else, right down to those blue side panels, could be from the modern era.

But what you do get is that Bang & Olufsen quality, described as being in 'fully working condition' and 'with fantastic sound for a portable radio'. It's even been cleaned and serviced. All you need are the batteries and you're. Plus the cost of buying it – right now that's £15.96.

eBay watch: 1970s Braun Nizo 148 XL Super 8 film camera

Braun

If you like the idea of getting into Super 8 movie making (and there plenty of resources out there to help), you might want to check out this gem on eBay – a Braun Nizo 148 XL Super 8 film camera.

The work of German Bauhaus designer R. Oberheim back in 1974, it comes with its original Schneider-Kreuznach Variogon 1,8/8-48 mm zoom-lens and a original black Braun bag to carry it. You'll have to find your own film, but that shouldn't be hard.

It's described as being in 'used but good' condition, with normal signs of wear, fine scratches and some loss in the lettering. But it is fully working, which is the important part. It's also very cheap right now – just £1.26. See the site for lots more images.

Pure Evoke-1S Marshall DAB radio gets upgraded and reissued

Puremarshall

The original was first featured on this site back in 2006, so it's high time for an upgrade for the Pure Evoke-1S Marshall DAB radio. Which has just been announced.

In looks, much is the same – it still mimics a classic Marshall amplifier, offering a solid wood, Marshall made and approved cabinet complete with an integrated, full range hi-fi speaker packing a custom-designed 3-inch driver, active filters and bass reflex port. If you want stereo, there's also an additional matching auxiliary speaker, but you'll have to pay a little extra for that.

eBay watch: Vintage JVC 3020GM Videosphere Cube TV

Cube

Now I'm just repeating the title given to this by the seller, but I'm pretty sure that something called a JVC 3020GM Videosphere Cube TV should be round?

Not to be confused with the JVC Videosphere space helmet TV we all know and love, this is an altogether more rare set, but every bit as stylish. Of course, the technology is way behind – this is only a black and white solid state set, in need of some work to get it running in the digital age. But the cube design and contrast colours really do make it stand out.

Probably dating to the early 70s and described as being in 'very good condition' by the seller, you can check out more great images of it online. And if you want it? Well, it's just £1 right now.

eBay watch: Unused 1970s Philips 133 portable record player

Philips

A real bargain on eBay right now – this unused 1970s Philips 133 portable record player.

Dating back to the 1970s, it is indeed described as 'mint condition' and 'real museum quality', so we can presume this is a pretty decent model being offered. Features include battery or mains power, a 70s orange colour scheme, 33/45/78 speeds and a speaker that doubles as a case, complete with integrated handle.

All of that right now for just £1. Yes, you read that right.
