Carlo Gruber was a successful range of ski wear for Adidas in the 70s, named after the Austrian ski instructor that inspired the range. In fact, it was so successful that the company decided to reintroduce it a year back, mixing vintage designs with some modern pieces in a similar style.
This Carlo Gruber ski sweater sums it up. A traditional wool sweater you’d expect to see worn on the piste in the 70s, but look closely and you’ll see the Adidas logo woven into the design and a modern-day logo on the sleeve.
Available now, you can pick one up for around £70.

Hi Arno,
Two places I know that stock the range in the UK are Ran and End Clothing:
http://www.ranshop.co.uk
http://www.endclothing.co.uk
Failing that, I’ve seen some items for sale on eBay.
All the best,
Dave
I am looking for a particular type of ski sweater and would hope you could either recreate it or find one similar to it. I can send you a picture of it if you want?
