A classic football boot gets reissued with a few new touches for the modern game – the Puma King XL Eusebio 68.
As the name suggests, the boot dates back to 1968, when it was produced in honour of the legendary Eusebio – indeed, Eusebio developed the boot with Puma. The ruby red colour represents the Portugese shirt, while each pair will feature the MCMLXVII on the rear and Eusebio’s signature in gold.
And for today’s player, the new version has ultra-thin grain leather, a high density silicon heel and conical studs. Sold with a King bag, leather food, brush and cloth and in a limited edition of 1,000 pairs, you can pick them up for £119.99.
These are AWESOME, the problem is that most football players have no taste so would never choose something retro, they also get paid to wear the newest stuff so nobody really hears about kit like this!
