It’s not called ‘Lakeside’ by accident – this 1970s-designed house on Lakeside Drive, Esher, Surrey is right on the water.
Which is great if you like that kind of thing, probably slightly less enticing if your swimming isn’t up to scratch. The house as one of a group designed in 1975 by renowned architect Royston Summers. And it certainly screams the era, that glass and brick combination something you’ll love or hate.
If you love it, you’ll find a spacious, light-filled house within, offering up five bedrooms, three bathrooms, two receptions, kitchen, dining room and a double garage. The interior has also been kept faithful to the architect’s design, albeit with some modernisation.
Check out the images above and below, then smash open your piggy bank – you’ll need around £1.5 million to buy it.
