George Nelson designed a Turbine Clock back in the 1950s, which perhaps provided some inspiration for the clock of the same name currently available at Habitat.
Whereas Nelson’s clock used brass, this one is made mainly from wood, but the results are just as striking. It has been designed for Habitat by Robin Farquhar & Hannah Dipper, who might be better known to regular readers as People Will Always Need Plates.
The Turbine Clock costs £60. For further details and to find your nearest store, visit the Habitat website.
