It actually dates back to the early 80s, but the Biplano folding table by Bruno Munari could have come straight out of the modernist era.
A 1981 design for Robots, it's a smart piece of modernist-inspired, functional design, offering up a folding table you can pack away when not in use, complete with swivel castors, a chromed steel frame and two tops on tempered glass, three styles of which are available.
Useful for just about anything you can think of, it sells for £360.
