The mini skirt's hemline has never left our wardrobe choices since its introduction in the 1960s, but the most daring use of mini lengths is rarely seen. This Pleat Tunic Shirt by t.b.a. is a perfect example of that most difficult to wear mini dress – the babydoll.
This piece is sold as a tunic, but is a perfect interpretation of the sixties babydoll dress with its floaty fabric and loose A-line shape. The contrasting peter pan collar and matching cuffs give that girly feel that characterised the era, while the colour choices of navy or mustard yellow fit seamlessly.
It's available from Urban Outfitters UK's Boutique section for £155.
