Fancy living in a house that screams the 1960s? Well, if Devon also appeals, check out Marina House in Brixham, Devon.
Designed in the 60s by architect Mervyn Seal, it's one of a group of houses he produced in the area, some of which have listed status. Not this one though, which has been altered and updated over the years, although the design is still true to the original look.
The accommodation currently includes a self-contained apartment as well as a main house with four bedrooms, many of those throwing up panoramic views across Torbay and the surrounding coast. There's also a healthy kitchen and living room, as well as gardens and garage. Although the internal decor (see the site for internal shots) might not be to everyone's taste.
Not cheap at £630,000, but these seaside retreats rarely are.
