Regular readers will know that we love a vintage record player, so here's not one, but two players from the same seller – the Philips 423 folding record player and the Philips 210 portable record player, both of which are on eBay right now.
The first of these is pictured above, the 1970s 423, which packs away into a stylish little case, but opens out to play with batteries or mains, with 33/45/79 speeds, volume and tone controls plus the speaker in the case. Condition is described as 'used but very good' and the price right now is £8.50.
You can see the full item details right here or check out another player below.
That player is the 1970s Philips 210 transistor portable record player. Again, it has mains or battery power and packs down into a 'briefcase'. But opnce open, it has audio via the lid, plays 33/45/78 tunes and the condition again is 'very good'.
If you want this one, the price right now is £9.50.
I wonder if it is easy to get replacement needles/stylus’ for these sort of players??
