We've featured quite a few space age lighting designs this week. For lighting that looks to another era and another style, take a look at this Zeta lamp by Pied a Terre.
It's a unusual table lamp that apparently draws inspiration from the Art Deco era and it's certainly a glamorous object, full of angles and reflective surfaces that are typical of that style. However, I can't help feeling that their take on Deco has been filtered through '70s design too. The mixture of chrome and smoked acrylic rods used in the lamp reminds me of another glamorous style – seventies disco.
