I know we've featured one or two of these before, but this reconditioned Dansette Bermuda record player is certainly worth considering if you want to spin some vintage vinyl.
Complete with its trademark valve amplifier for that authentic vintage sound, this auto-changing, sky blue and cream Dansette Bermuda dates back to 1963 and has been reconditioned by Apsley Hall, sold here with a duplicate copy of the original Dansette operating instructions and circuit diagram, a Dansette circular turntable price and model details.
Controls are fitted to the undamaged front loudspeaker panel (volume, tone and on/off), with a red power on indicator, the Dansette logo and sockets fitted to the rear of the record player for, Tape Output, External Loudspeaker, and Stereo Output. The players itself is a BSR model, operating at 16/33/45/78 speeds, and playing 12, 10 and 7-inch inch records.
As we said, all serviced, the record deck cleaned, all components checked, with a new cartridge fitted, along with a new earthed mains cable. See the description for all the small print about the renovation job.
