Not just a classic modern(ist) British house, Vista Point in Angmering, West Sussex is still very much faithful to the original design.
The grade II-listed design was the work of iconic architect Patrick Gwynne, with the house constructed in the late '60s and completed in 1970, with the finished house produced to take advantage of both the surroundings and the coastal views.
It hasn't changed much over the years, which is testament to the original build. Inside, you'll find plenty of original features too, including a central wood-panelled spiral staircase with a glass-domed roof. There's also five bedrooms and a large living room with a balcony, as well as a swimming pool and pool complex outside, also designed by Gwynne.
Talking of outside space, there's also three garages, additional space for parking, a large lawn, more gardens and direct access to the nearby beach. As you might guess from that, the house isn't cheap. Offers of around £995,000 will secure the house.
