It isn't a 1960s original, but this Sputnik hanging lamp certainly has the look and right now, it's also very cheap.
According to the seller, the lamp is made of chromed metal and 'needs a lot of bulbs'. The ones in the photo aren't included, so you'll have to budget for a number from your local DIY shop.
As for condition, that's described as 'excellent' and 'working', free of rust and with hardly any traces of use. Right now, the price is at just one pence.
