Nice, simple and stylish – with this 1950s Peill and Putzler ceiling lamp currently going for hardly any money right now too.
According to the seller, it was designed by Aloys Ferdinand Gangkofner for Peill and Pultzer, with the original label still on the lamp. It's not ther plastic finish you might imagine either – this is made of white opaline frosted glass, with fine in stripes giving an effect once the lamp is illuminated. Support seems to be via a chrome metal tube.
