If you are a fan of The Beatles, you probably want to own these officially-licensed Beatles Yellow Submarine limited edition print sets by Dark Hall Mansions.
The print set is being produced to coincide with the reissue of the movie on DVD, as well as a newly-remastered CD and is the first time since 1968 that The Beatles have formally allowed their classic characters to be 'reinterpreted' in new work.
The five prints have been produced by artist Tom Whalen, with each print individually numbered, 18″ x 24″ in size and screenprinted by hand. All the prints are also housed within their own Folio protective cases, also designed by artist Tom Whalen and beautifully bearing the film's classic Yellow Submarine and original 1968 film release date on its respective case cover.
There are three sets available, each with five completely different screen prints per Folio – 797 Standard Folio Editions, 135 Variant Folio Editions and an exclusive edition of 68 Folio Editions. Pricing is $300, $450 and $675 respectively. They go on sale on 29th May at 9:30AM PST.
