If the design looks familiar, that's perhaps because the Heal's Discovers Ray Sideboard by James Shaw is based on the traditional Aga cooker.
But the design works really well outside of the kitchen too, with the Ray Sideboard looking midcentury-like in the living room, especially in the plain colourway. Not that you need to go for the plain wood finish, you can also opt for a painted finish, which actually comes in cheaper. All of those hinged doors conceal a storage area, as you might have guessed.
Not only that, it is also available in a smaller side table design, which pushes the midcentury theme even more. As for pricing, the side table starts at £595, with the sideboards priced from £1,795.
