It looks like it might have been pulled from a mid-century comic book but in fact this Raindrop poster, available at The Hambledon is contemporary piece of illustration.
There are no details about the artist given on the shop website but a bit of internet searching reveals this poster is the work of Norio Kaneko. Like Takashi Furuya, he's a Japanese illustrator working with a retro style. This poster is a charming piece of design with an equally charming subject matter that would be perfect for a kid's room – if only it could rain sweets once in a while!
