No maker and no specific year, but I think we're safe to call this a 1970s Danish circular table lamp.
Indeed Danish is pretty much all that is attributed to it, with the seller adding that it is 'in the style of Fog & Morup, Poulsen and Lyfa' and 'possibly a design by Hans Agne Jakobsson'. Make your own mind up about all of that.
What we do know is that the light is made from spun aluminium layers under a glass globe. It's said to be in 'nice condition', with 'minor scratches' on the glass, but no cracks.
