This was featured over on WowHaus, but we think the 1960s three-bedroom modernist property in Soisy-sous-Montmorency, near Paris, France is worth a shout on Retro To Go too.
The reason for that is obvious. This is a stunning period build, unlike anything we've seen before, although the agent loosely describes in as ‘Le Corbusier-inspired’. We don't know the year of its build of the architect responsible. But we love the look.
Located just outside Paris and near the Lac d’Enghien, the house is built around a central patio area, with the interior space including a living room with fireplace, three bedrooms (one with bathroom, two with shower rooms), an office mezzanine space and a fitted kitchen. There’s also a basement with a garage, workshop and laundry, plus storage space and terraces. Love those period feature too, including the wood cladding, the staircase, even the sofa and curtains.
Plenty of space outside too within the 520 sq. metre plot, but you'll need plenty of cash too in order to secure it. €749,000 is the asking price.
