Designed in 2008, the Kartell Papyrus Chair comes in a range of colours that give it a 60s or 70s feel.
It was designed by brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec and is a plastic, polycarbonate tub style chair. In the clear crystal option it looks like other 1960s space age designs, but in the other options it takes on a more 1970s look. Choose from orange red, rush, olive green, smoke brown, smoke grey or powder blue. The chairs are stackable and suitable for use outdoors too. They cost £192 each.
