We've featured Donna Wilson's whimsical products before but this new Acorn mug is surely the most specifically retro of her designs to date.
When we say retro, specifically this pattern was inspired by the stylised natural imagery of mid-century designs. Branches adorned with acorns run round the side of the mug, with the childlike illustrations adding to the charm of the design. A nod to tradition in the manufacture of the mug too, which is made in Stoke-on-Trent. Bowls and plates are also available in the same range.
