These Bordfolk Danish Eggcups are just the thing for adding some retro Scandi-chic to your boiled egg and soldiers.
Bordfolk translates into English as "Table People" and these little guys date back to the sixties and seventies when they could be found adorning many a breakfast table. Scandinavian company Lucie Kaas fell for their charms and decided to bring them back into production, updating them for a modern audience.
There are six designs (including a festive Santa) to pick from. They are made of beech and cost £12 each from Hus and Hem. Check them out online here.
