McEvoy collects all kinds of paper ephemera and it's vintage matchbooks which have inspired this particular print, which advertises the Hotel Lexington and it's exotic-sounding Hawaiian Room. The print epitomises the era of the cocktail hour and all the glamour that went along with it.
